Next up, Joshua and Sarah!

Joshua (w/Mickey Mouse balloon) and his sister Sarah (w/Minnie Mouse balloon) live with Type l diabetes.  On February 12th the whole family, Mom, Dad and sister Carly (i Carly balloon) will be sailing off on an adventure.  Their Disney Dream cruise will take them to the island of Nassau and Disney's private island Castaway Cay.  The entire family is very excited to experience the ray of sunshine that pokes out from behind the cloud of their chronic disease.  The ray of sunshine showing them that dreams do come true.
